Craig Ray Hill was born in Dry Creek, La. He attended McNeese University in Lake Charles, La. He attended Southern Law School and graduated in the top 10% of his class in 1995.
Upon graduating from law school, Craig accepted a job as law clerk to the Honorable John Sanders of the La Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Craig ended his clerkship with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and awarded for his distinguished services with the court in 1996. Craig began practicing in 1996 in Oakdale, La.
Craig has been actively involved in Louisiana Personal Injury Litigation since 1996. Craig has litigation experience in automotive accidents, defective products, defective highways and as well as premise and real estate litigation. In 2000, Craig was recognized and awarded membership into the prestigious “Million Dollar Advocates Forum”, a membership that is limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and excellence in advocacy by achieving a trial verdict in an amount which exceeds one million dollars. Craig is also a member of the “Christian Legal Society, Associational of Trial Lawyers of America, La Trial Lawyers as well as local Bar Associations.
Craig joined his law partner J. Craig Jones in 2000 forming the Firm of Jones & Hill. The firm has two offices located in Oakdale and Oberlin, La. The Jones & Hill Law Firm concentrates its practice in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, and trial litigation.
Craig Ray Hill is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s trial lawyer college in Dubois, Wyoming. CRH has been involved in Trial litigation in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, Florida involving civil matters in State and Federal court.
